Contact the provider directly using the number on your bill. Only that provider can verify your balance, explain late charges, agree to a payment arrangement, or confirm that payment has posted.
Clear about our role
Get Utility Now is an independent utility assistance service. We are not a utility provider or an official provider support line. Your provider determines availability, eligibility, prices, and activation. We do not collect utility bill payments.
