Our role
Get Utility Now is an independent utility connection assistance brand. We provide general setup information and planning tools for electricity, natural gas, and internet. We are not a utility or internet provider, a government agency, a payment processor for utility bills, or a provider’s official customer support department.
Provider relationships
No provider partnership or authorized agency status is claimed on this website. We do not display provider logos or imply that a provider endorses us. A provider relationship, if introduced, must be separately disclosed before a visitor relies on it.
Provider decisions and limitations
Availability, service eligibility, rates, deposits, contracts, equipment, installation, and activation are determined by the relevant provider and the address. We do not guarantee access to every provider, the lowest price, an approval, savings, or immediate activation. “Now” is part of our brand name, not a guaranteed response or connection time.
Assistance fees
Personal assistance pricing has not been published in this private preview. No paid assistance can be ordered here. A complete fee schedule, payment timing, and any recurring billing must be stated before personal assistance is offered.
Provider charges are separate
Provider charges can include usage, recurring service fees, deposits, installation, equipment, taxes, and cancellation fees. Request a full written quote from the provider. Paying an assistance fee does not pay a utility bill or a provider’s deposit.
Cancellations and refunds
This preview does not accept purchases or payments. Any cancellation and refund terms for future paid assistance must be presented before payment. Provider cancellations and refunds follow the provider’s separate agreement.
The moving checklist
The planner creates a local checklist based on your chosen services, move date, and home type. It does not check provider inventory, submit an application, arrange a visit, contact a utility, or confirm coverage. Checklist dates are planning prompts rather than provider deadlines.
Existing accounts and emergencies
Contact your provider directly for billing, supply faults, outages, disputes, equipment problems, or existing accounts. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency service or the provider’s emergency channel.
